Bug 839911 is about the missing screensaver settings that this bug was
originally about, so I won't log another one.
After a very brief review I have added bugs for:
Bug 840678 - missing font settings
Bug 840680 - missing action for removable hard drive/USB key
Bug 840682 - missing settings for g
Thanks for your effort to make Ubuntu better by reporting these issues.
Locking can be controlled by selecting "Screen" in the System Settings
window, and - as you said - an option for setting keyboard layout has
been added. Hence I set the status of this bug to "Fix Released".
