Thank you for your bug. The encoding of your file is not correct.
Extracting on feisty works fine, then you can rename it to give it a
correctly encoded filename. Marking the bug rejected, the problem comes
from the filename not from the application

The error when I open the file in OpenOffice is :
"/home/ricardo/Desktop/Curso de Memoriza%87%C6o.doc does not exist."
The bug was while i try to extract "selected files" from the archive.
Now I can extract the file with that option, the Ubuntu is like Windows,
some times it work, other not, I c

Could you please tell us exactly when the error occurs, when you put the
file in the archive w/ winrar? or when you open the .rar file in ubuntu?
Also, could you give the exact steps to reproduce the bug?
