Same happened to me. I was able to remove the duplicate sources by deleting
them from ~/.gnome2/gnome-dictionary/.desktop.
Also to remove the unwanted Thai source that appears by default I renamed it at
/usr/share/gdict-1.0/sources/.desktop.

It happened again in Jaunty. I've just install 9.04 and got this error.
In addition if I make double click on "Default server" in dialog that item get
double itself, and finally I have two "Default server".
