To me it doesn't look like a dupe of bug 68036 because there described a
problem of not seeing a share's content in Nautilus. Here the share is
accessible and programs like evince and eog open files just fine. It's

This is not a multimedia problem.
It is a gnome-vfs problem to access samba shares.
