I'm not sure how such issues are treated for LTS releases, but I believe
this is still a problem in Lucid so possibly not a dupe. Do usability
issues get LTS updates? I have since upgraded, but the icons were

what icon do you use? the cancel is a red round with a cross where the
delete is a trash bin on the current ubuntu version, those are quite
different
