Thank you. It did help a lot. Thou I haven't edited sources.list after
upgrade to dapper from breezy, if i remember correctly.
adding
deb http://ee.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-updates main restricted universe
multiverse
fixed the problem for me.

Thanks for your bug. You probably installed libglib2.0-0 2.10.3-0ubuntu1
from dapper-updates and stopped using it. Using dapper-updates for
universe should fix your issue. Marking as rejected since that's likely
to be an user configuration issue, feel free to reopen if that's not the
case
