Evolution hangs on my Hardy Heron (amd64) install when my exchange
server is unresponsive. I have multiple accounts set up and if any one
of them acts up all of evolution tends to hang.

Apply to if you have timezone set to Europe/Moscow it just won't start
after fresh install. There is bug in org-gnome-evolution-startup-
wizard.eplug just change it to other timezone compete wizard and back to
Europe/Moscow. This works for me

could you get a backtrace of evolution and evolution-data-server (with the
evolution-dbg and evolution-data-server-dbg packages installed) next time you
get the issue?

This has been happening for some time now, and I run the current edgy.
The message I normally get when evolution is hanging is about the CalDav
plugin. There are no errors, but it just sits on that plugin for the
longest time.

Thanks for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? Do you have any
message if you run evolution from the command line or to .xsession-
errors when that happens? Does it happen for a long time or since an
upgrade?
