Which ones? GLib's? I installed evolution-dbg to take the backtrace, but
didn't know what else to install, as the script in the wiki didn't
return anything.
Anyway, I don't think I'll be able to get anything further now, as I
can't reproduce the bug after having used Thunderbird.

The problem was somehow resolved after setting Thunderbird as my default
e-mail client and then reverting it to Evolution.
