oh, you are using karmic, right they changed their website, the issue is
fixed in lucid already, we might want to do a karmic stable update to
fix that issue too though

It's happen always. I don't know where it come because i not use it much.
But last time i use this after i install:�
sudo apt-get install totem-gstreamer�
