gnome-settings-daemon seems to toggle the gconf key
/desktop/gnome/applications/at/screen_reader_enabled when using this
keybinding, where did you see lsr being set? there is no mention of it
in the gnome-settings-daemon source and gnome-control-center lists it
only as a screenreader choice but not
