Reproducible in Maverick:
1. Press F3 to open an extra pane
2. Change the right side (for example) to a different directory
3. Move some file(s) or directory(ies) using drag and drop to the left side
(press shift while dragging)
Nautilus finishes the operation properly, but then it crashes.

This is fixes the crash. The changes made in nautilus-navigation-window-
menus.c aren't strictly necessary, but will prevent crashes if a similar
mistake is made in the future.
