deprecated in favor of using login screen session now though so we are
closing this bug but don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future.

I can reproduce this every time by selecting None for special effects,
than going back to Normal: jockey-gtk starts and scans for drivers to
load, although they should already be available (and there is actually
nothing special to load either).
I wonder if this should rather be filed against jocke
