So, I think it's still present for Monodevelop 0.10 as well, but not as
persistant as Monodevelop 0.11

It fixed the issue on the laptop. I think there may be local machine
issues on the desktop. I tried upgrading the package again, and it
didn't happen on the laptop until I opened and closed the application
twice.

I'm actually having the problem on both my Laptop and my Desktop, which
both have Dapper, and are actually running Monodevelop 0.10, not
Monodevelop 0.11.

it works fine for me on dapper with current dapper-updates packages
installed, do you do something speciail to get the issue? Where did you
find monodevelop 0.11, dapper has 0.10
