I have the same problem in Ubuntu Feisty 32bit
If i "stay inside kino", creating titles, fades, dubbing, etc, it works
well, but when i import a vídeo, it crashes and close.

Has anyone had this on a clean Edgy install? I had this when I upgraded
from Dapper, but now I've done a clean Edgy install, and the problem
disappeared. So I think it may be a problem with upgrading.
