nobody said that's not a bug, no need to argue on that. The default
choice on upgrade is to keep the changes though, if an user don't know
what he's doing better to just press enter and use the default setting.
That said patch are welcome if somebody wants to work on that

you want to use the old file or the new file" prompt is scary, because
