@sfantu: in the configuration you have with your latest screen shot, can
you go to Edit -> Preferences, click on Preview, change the "show text
in icons" drop-down box to "Never" and click "Close" please? It should
disable preview and you should then have the correct icon displayed.

@sfantu: I can't reproduce on my machine. Then again, I have Karmic 32
rather than 64 bit and I use a modified Human theme, which is obviously
not the same as yours. What theme do you use as it can be a problem with
the theme rather than Nautilus?

so i EXPECT the one in the property window since that is the one for
HTML and the one that is displayed now is for text files
