Thanks for taking time to report his bug and help make ubuntu better. I
just created two irc accounts and one MSN account in pidgin saved them
and closed pidgin then started empathy and imported and all accounts
were imported. I am using empathy 2.29.93 in Lucid can any one please
test the developm
Same for me. Deselecting one of the identically-named IRC accounts
allowed it to import.

It seems to me that the problem is caused by having two IRC accounts
with the same username, which I have because I have one for Freenode,
Mozilla, Gnome etc.
If I select only one "Luna-Tick" IRC account (no matter which), the

For me, I don't get the import wizard. Can you please tell me how to
get rid of the profile information so that it gives me the wizard again?
It obviously saw the Gaim account information, as it gave the wizard.

Import from pidgin works fine for me to test that I just imported 4
accounts from pidgin without a problem(empathy 2.29.5)
