Yes, I do still have the issue on Lucid as well, though it seems
sometimes the full popup comes back even though the info isn't update.
(It fooled me.)

displayed after resume is the value shown at suspend and never updates. The
weather information for the other time zones disappears.

I can no longer reproduce this in Lucid. Temperature seems to update and
tooltip works after suspend.
