Many .exe files are not self-extracting archives (which are what File
Roller can open) but are full-fledged Windows programs that should be
opened in Wine.

Nobody has fixed this yet it looks like. So I cannot load any DVD
software with a .exe file (ironically which includes the new external
DVD drive I just got)
I think I am ready to upgrade to Windows, this ubuntu seems like a nice
concept but pretty useless.
