into the titlebar of the note.

to be precise: it's the context-menu of the title-bar, where eg font or color
can be chosen,
not the one within the text-area, this one does work (and did)

The other bug had to do with the properties window, but that seems to be
working fine in Ubuntu 9.10. This bug is about the context menu.
