I have to create the new folder in the folder with the files, get in the
new folder and get out, then the files on the parent folder will appear
normally.

When i say opened another folder, is leave the current folder and move
to another. Don't confuse with open another Nautilus window.

Try this to see if happens:
I took a file 175 MB and moved it to a folder, when the moving operation was
running i left the folder and opened another folder. After this, the files
doesn't appeared on the folder where i moved the file.

I don't know if is reproducible, because it happens randomly, i didn't
see a pattern to make it happens. When it happens again i'll take a
screenshot.
