I made a link on my desktop that mounts the floppy, that solved the
rpoblem, but on my computer, you can see a floppy, if you doble click it
returns a "wrong UID" mesage.

The action of double-clicking on the unmounted floppy give me an error:"
wrong UDI" or something like that. This is at ubuntu 5.10 CD
instalation. all the rest is OK. I had to generate a launcher to fix
this, so I do not have to mount from the shell.
