How do you disable services from the command line with Upstart?
The 'service' command will stop and start, but they come back at reboot, right?

Murat: that's not completely accurate. Essential system services are now
Upstart jobs, but many optional services can still be managed using
services-admin with the latest version of the system-tools-backends,

It's been removed because we now use native Upstart jobs as opposed to
sysvinit in Karmic, and services-admin was written to work with
sysvinit. Simply reinstating it won't solve the problem.
