I was arguing for larger previews of text files. The text file previews are
currently smaller than other previews.

Thanks for your bug. That's a feature, not a bug, marking as rejected
since that's on purpose. Having small pictures would not be as nice. If
you want to discuss it better using a list than a bug tracker and
upstream is probably the right place
