@Darxus : As mentioned earlier, this bug requests a new option / feature which
does not exist yet. [to add scrolling speed.]

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should
be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many
people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of
this project.

I am not talking about the cursor speed and acceleration. The problem is
that the sensitivity of the scrolling of a mouse wheel cannot be easily
configured.
