In that case, the command-not-found data needs to be updated.
As shown below, when typing "gconftool" into the terminal, the user is
instructed to install gconf2.
co...@colinlaptop:~$ gconftool
The program 'gconftool' is currently not installed. You can install it by
typing:
sudo apt-get instal
right the command is name gconftool-2 that's not a bug but an user error
