As written on the Gnome bug page I am now unable to reproduce the bug
using Nautilus 3.4.2 . I tried having more than 7000 files in my trash
folder, but I could still load it.

I actually solved the issue by deleting some of the files in the trash
folder. I had more than 1000 files there, but now at about 500 files it
opens up instantly.

Great, thanks for the files, I've managed to reproduce the issue. I've
you move the files to the trash and then open the trash nautilus just
keep loading and it doesn't show anything, but gvfs-ls trash:/// list
the files, will send upstream, thanks again.

I've finally found the root of the trobles. This was caused by some
files with unknown symbols it their names (invalid encoding, actually;
two of these files were generated for gnome menu by installation of a
Windows game via Wine). The files and their trash info are attached to
this comment.
