i now even managed to reproduce the problem while running rhythmbox.
i started rhythmbox like that: rhythmbox --debug &>rhythmbox.txt
line 17928 and the following are reporting the error.

i added another logfile where i closed the application right after the error.
perhaps that helps.

could you get a gstreamer log with: GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 GST_DEBUG=3
totem --debug &>totem.txt reproduce the issue, compress and attach that
file to the report? Thanks in advance.
