To be precise:
/dev/sda3 on / type ext3 (rw,noatime,relatime,errors=remount-ro)
/dev/sda1 on /boot type ext3 (rw,relatime)
Package nautilus is version 1:2.26.2-0ubuntu1
I have tried to reboot several times and its ok now!

First of all I thank for your support.
I use ext3 for root and ext2 for /boot. Before upgrade it worked. I have
tried to create link from the shell and from the Nautilus itself. No
change.
Should I try it on a "clean" login (testing user account with new home
dir)?
ps - this is my fourth upgrade
