"Webaware" is an ICQ feature that lets people view your status from the icq.com
website. I don't understand why disabling drastically reduces the amount of
spam you receive, but it does. I don't believe it's possible to change the
setting in the 1.5.0 "oldstatus" branch of CVS--I believe it is
