This upload fixes the issue:
gstreamer0.10 (0.10.5-0ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low

But it is fixed upstream thus we will get it when they finally released

It's not fixed for me in the latest dapper :(
That's why I changed the status back to "confirmed".
