Sorry, this is my first bug report, could have imagined a debug output is more
useful than the command line output...
Below the steps as told, perfoming a full screen view in gthumb:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ gdb gthumb

Could you please do as the terminal tells you?
$ gdb gthumb
(gdb) break gdk_x_error
(gdb) run --sync
(gdb) thread apply all bt
