Maximise does not show
I can confirm that no hotkeys are displayed on the window decorator
context menu. This is probably a purposeful design decision to remove
them and simplify the UI.

With 9.10 the situation is even worse, no hotkeys are shown, which is
(although consistant) is not an improvement.
