Specifically, there appears to be an error with the URL at:
http://open.bbc.co.uk/rad/uriplay/availablecontent
...which is where the content menu is generated from. The server appears
to be running but the file isn't returning anything.
I've reported the issue at

This has been broken for 2 weeks (Jaunty). Either the BBC should fix it,
or the plugin should be disabled.
