involves getting your laptop to properly deliver the events, which is
probably out of our hands.

battery.rechargeable.is_discharging = false (bool)
Your battery is initially reported as not discharging. battstat takes
this to mean "I'm on AC".
I think maybe the laptop is failing to delivery "battery state change

It works now, but after a considerable (20 s - 30 s) delay. In the
morning, the AC icon did not work at all but was always on. I don't know
why the behaviour has changed for the better, I have tested lot of
configurations
