In Feisty Herd the search in Yelp works well for the examples mentioned. The searches give these results: "print" 20 results in all, first five are: Gedit Manual printing Printing, Faxing and Scanning printing, faxing and scanning Evince Document Viewer Manual to print a document GNOME

After many fixes to the search function, searching for either "printing" or "print" in Ubuntu Help now promptly returns the most relevant section as the #2 result. (The section itself isn't that helpful, but that's a separate issue.) One more bugfix should make it #1 for "printing", and should also

The last package much improved the search results. Thanks! There are still a few gotchas though: 1) Searching for "printing" gives me a *lot* of duplicate results. ~30 or more for "coreutils info page" fx. 2) It appears that only one word are mathced per result. Fx. if I search for "dvd playback

Currently yelp seems to hang completely if you happen to use a word consisting of a common series of letters -- for example, searching for "how do I resize the panel" causes it to lock up for over 90 seconds on my machine.
