I do not use Pulseaudio. I've seen that the problem is present when I
visit YouTube (which indicates a clash between flash and Rythmbox,
somehow). Do you know if there's a known bug fix for this?

firefox are you reproducing a video or music with it? looks more like a
sound server issue.
