Thanks for your bug. The menu item has been masked as specified by
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MenusRevisited. The feature should be available
from nautilus though but is broken at the moment which is bug #29335.

If i run gnome-obex-server, then it all works. So the packages are
installed by default. So maybe there should be a place in the System-
Preferences menu which allows you to configure this stuff?
