and installing the *dbg packages that you suggested.

I can't reproduce the problem (I don't have such a setup), but it would very
much help, if you'd get another backtrace with libglib2.0-0-dbg, libc6-dbg
installed and please run the following steps before:
sudo apt-get build-dep libsoup
export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="nostrip noopt"
sudo apt-get sourc
I experience the exact same problem. I am using the latest Dapper packages.

My apologies, I didn't realize that I needed to subscribe to this bug. It has
not been fixed. I tested today with an updated dapper system. I also filed a
