the stacktrace shows that the issues is a libcups call hanging on
connect, maybe the cups server is not available or some firewall is
filtering access or something, anyway that's a libcups or cupsys issue,
reassigning the bug

It works in Epiphany (gtk but also gecko ?) and OpenOffice.org. I don't
understand what could have changed in cifrado and evince since hardy
release to provoke this bug.
