This problem is easy to reproduce using the simple steps in the
description. Still an issue with baobab 3.3.3-1. However I'm closing
this as there is obviously no interest in this bug.

Did you follow the steps to reproduce that I added to the bug
description? The key is you need to first sort the Usage column
(ascending, arrow down), before refreshing / rescanning. It does not
depend on what you are scanning, I reproduced it with "Scan Filesystem".
