the timezone selection issue should be fixed in hardy,if that's not the
case for your location open a bug against libgweather, closing this one

Guess I figured out what the problem is. Although the name is set to Bombay the
time zone was set to PKT, hence the time was showing up according to Karachi,
Pakistan time.
To fix it I had to select Asia/Kolkata as the time zone.
Did not realize this earlier, thinking that setting Bombay will aut
I can't reproduce this on the latest Hardy. Bombay shows the correct
time for me (12.5 hours ahead for me). There have been a lot of updates
since April 5th.
