This has been in component mismatches today, as it is late it has an FFE
now (here) and also the MIRs are approved (which all have worked on for
a while).
I've promoted them accordingly.
This should thereby hopefully migrate soon.

gnome-control-center now moved the package libjxl-gdk-pixbuf from Suggests to
Depends, so this is really necessary.

I'm bundling the webkit2gtk change with the new webkitgtk 2.48.1 update.
The webkitgtk updates routinely get announced as security updates a few
days later and the Ubuntu Security Team then packages the update for
Ubuntu (for about the first 3 years of the life of an Ubuntu LTS).
