I am running the same version of gnome-applets - 2.22.0-0ubuntu1 on
Hardy and the sticky notes icons does not respond with a context menu on
right click. I have not noticed other problems with the rest of the
applets. Do you have any idea where this could come from?

Sticky notes applet does no
I can not confirm this with version 2.22.0-0ubuntu1 on Hardy. Right
clicking on the sticky notes applet shows a context menu with all
options as expected as expected.
