We will need a new bug to be created by that command. You will need to
hit 'S' at the end to send the crash report and then it will tell you a
web URL. You don't need to have a GUI at the time - just copy the URL
and open it on a different machine to complete the bug report process.

I can run the ubuntu-bug program but it indicates that I am to fill out
a form in my web browser. The problem is that I can't get a graphical
interface even at the console so I cannot complete the form. I did run
ubuntu-bug. The following is what I see when I choose the view report
