I cannot reproduce this bug. The original reporter has not responded to
a request for info for quite some time. I am marking this bug closed. If
this is still an issue for you with the latest Dapper packages, please
reopen this bug, providing the required information.

I am unable to reproduce this bug on the latest galeon in Dapper. Tooltips move
to the left as required and expected.
