I don't know how to do a backtrace because apport don't generate it.
I try with debug option: evolution --debug=debug.log
Output is:

There is no indication the new comment is the same issue and the gdb log
has no backtrace, if you have a crasher send it using apport rather so
the retracing is working automatically on launchpad

I did a backtrace. The error produced when I filter contacts by category, but I
have when trying to search a contact via the "any contact contains" option.
