I've found this workaround for the Samsung n210 netbook:
1. Add this to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT line in /etc/default/grub:
"quiet splash acpi_backlight=vendor intel_idle.max_cstate=0"
2. update-grub
3. update-initramfs -u

KEY_BRIGHTNESSUP=225
from /usr/share/acpi-support/key-constants
it work in my netbook
