I just installed pantheon and elementary from Ubuntu 16.04, then tried kde a
while and now turn to gnome 3. (Everything because Canonical lets Unity die)
As I went these way I got that bug. Its the same. When I try to open
gnome-control-center nothing happens. When I open from terminal it says:

Removing pantheon didn't help, now gnome-control-center executable seems
to be missing, even though gnome-control-center package is installed.
Settings still don't open.
