I renamed the file attached to comment #2 to script.pdf and then tried
to convert it with ghostscript via this command:
gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=unencrypted.pdf
-c .setpdfwrite -f script.pdf
